Terms & Conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty applies only in cases of leakage. Other damages are not covered.
2. Exclusions:
- Breakage during installation or transport is not covered.
- Scaling formation due to salty water is not covered.
3. Invoice Requirement: The invoice uploaded must include ITEM CODES to verify product authenticity.
4. Mobile Number Policy: Only one mobile number per invoice can be registered for warranty purposes.
5. Verification Process: Our team may contact you for re-verification after your warranty registration.
6. Keep the Product Packaging: Please do not discard the product boxes until warranty registration is complete. If lost, warranty support may not be possible.
