No-Questions-Asked 10-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery – no questions asked. Whether it didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered.

Return Conditions

  • Return must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items should be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Once we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at ufiecombiz@gmail.com or call 99008-21733 with your order details.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our logistics partner.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made to your bank account. We will request your bank details during the return process.

Important Note

  • Returns requested after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for a return.
